I'm not sure where the inspiration came from for this cake design, but it sure turned out cute. This simple ten-inch round cake was made extra special with the addition of the fondant pig on top, complete with a little chocolate mud. I am sure it made a great centerpiece.

I am going to demonstrate a delicious recipe called Ice Cream Shop Pie. It isn't made with store bought ice cream, but you make it your self with simple ingredients.
